Terms of Service

Welcome to BoostPirate. These Terms are a binding agreement between you and BoostPirate ("we", "us"), the operator of boostpirate.com. By creating an account or placing an order you agree to them. You can reach us any time at support@boostpirate.com.

1. The service

BoostPirate is an independent marketplace connecting customers with third-party players ("boosters") who provide in-game services for Counter-Strike 2. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with Valve Corporation, FACEIT, or any game publisher.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter contracts. One account per person.

3. Orders & payment

Prices are shown before purchase and locked at checkout. Orders are only assigned to a booster after payment is confirmed. You are responsible for providing accurate order details.

4. Account access & security

For piloted services you grant temporary account access. We never store your Steam or FACEIT password on your website profile. You are responsible for any credentials you provide, and we recommend changing them after completion. Duo and coaching services never require your password.

5. Third-party platform risk

Using boosting services may violate the terms of service of Valve, FACEIT, or other platforms and can result in penalties including account suspension. You accept this risk. See our Risk Disclosure.

6. Refunds & disputes

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Disputes are reviewed by our support team using order evidence and chat history.

7. Prohibited conduct

No fraud, chargeback abuse, harassment of boosters or staff, or attempts to circumvent the platform. Violations may lead to suspension and forfeiture of balances obtained fraudulently.

8. Boosters

Boosters are independent contractors, not employees. They agree to a separate Booster Agreement, including the payout split, evidence requirements, and conduct rules.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, BoostPirate's liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Norway. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through our support process shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Norwegian courts. Nothing here limits mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have under the law of your country of residence.
