What a CS2 coaching session looks like
Book by the hour, tell the coach your rank and what's costing you rounds, and the session is built around that — a live review of your demo, a scrim with pauses to talk through decisions, or focused drills on aim, utility and positioning. You leave every session with specific things to practise, and most players book a few sessions over a couple of weeks to lock the habits in.
Who coaching is for
Anyone stuck at a rank they know they can beat: the Silver player whose crosshair placement is the problem, the Premier player who plateaued at 12,000 because their utility is random, the FACEIT Level 7 who tilts and throws leads. Coaches are matched to your level and goals, and our rank-up guide is a free starting point.
Coaching vs boosting
A boost gives you the rank; coaching gives you the skill to hold it and keep climbing on your own. It's also completely legitimate — nothing happens on your account and there's nothing to disclose. Many players combine the two: a duo queue order to climb and a coaching session to understand why it worked.

You and the coach review your play live — a VOD, your demos or a scrim — and work on the specific areas costing you rounds, with drills to practise afterward.
Is coaching against the rules?
