Which LoL Boost Should You Buy? Division, Net Wins, Placements, Duo or Coaching (2026)

Every League of Legends service side by side — Solo/Duo and Flex division boosts, net wins, placements, duo and coaching — with live prices, delivery times and a simple way to pick the right one.

Updated 2026-10-16 · 7 min read · by the BoostPirate crew
  • Divisions from $3.09
  • Net wins from $1.52
  • Duo add-on +40%
  • Champions +10%

League of Legends boosting comes in five shapes — a Solo/Duo or Flex division boost, placement games, net wins and coaching — plus choices about duo, roles, champions and speed. This guide sorts them by what you want at the end: a rank on your profile, a strong start to the year, a few clean wins, or getting better yourself. Prices and delivery times are read live from our checkout.

Short answer: want a target rank → a Solo/Duo division boost (or Flex, about 10% less); a few wins without a target → net wins; the January reset → placement games; to get better → coaching. Add duo (+40%) if you want to play every game yourself.
Key takeaways
  • Rank or wins. A division boost delivers a rank; net wins deliver wins over losses at the tier you're in.
  • Flex is cheaper, and Flex wins count towards the Victorious skin just like Solo/Duo.
  • Roles are free, champions are +10% only when you actually pick them.
  • Duo keeps the account in your hands — but Riot's duo windows decide who can queue with you.
  • Coaching keeps the rank. A boost moves it; a coach works on the habits that hold it.

"From" is one unit — one division, one game, one win or one hour. Gold IV → Emerald IV, for example, takes 6–7 days; every tier's time is in how long a LoL boost takes.

Solo/Duo or Flex?

Solo/Duo is the rank people mean, and the one shown on most profiles. Flex is a separate ladder with its own rank and MMR — parties of 1, 2, 3 or 5 — and our Flex boost costs about 10% less. Both queues count towards the season's Victorious skin (15 ranked wins across Solo/Duo and Flex), and each has its own placements after the January reset. If the rank is for showing, pick Solo/Duo; if it's for the skin or for playing with friends, Flex is the cheaper road — Flex vs Solo/Duo has the details.

Piloted or duo?

Piloted is the fastest: a verified booster plays your account in offline mode with a VPN on your server; your login is encrypted, shown only to the booster who claims the order, and wiped when it closes. Duo (+40%) keeps the account in your hands — you play every game with the booster in your lobby. Riot only lets players close in rank queue together, so the booster plays from an account inside your duo window; Riot's boosting page lists that kind of deranked-account duo as rank manipulation. Check who can queue with whom in the duo checker and read is LoL boosting safe first.

When a boost is the wrong buy

  • You want to stay at the rank. Book coaching first, or after the boost.
  • You can't accept any account risk. Coaching never touches your account.
  • Ranked isn't unlocked yet. It needs level 30, 20 champions and 10 normal games — see how to unlock ranked.
  • You're aiming above Diamond. Master and up are custom orders — ask us for a quote.
Still unsure? Open the Solo/Duo boost page, pick your current and target rank and server, and the live price and delivery time appear — or ask us in the live chat which service fits.

FAQ

Common questions

Which LoL boost is the best value?
The one that fits your goal. For a target rank, a Solo/Duo division boost (from $3.09 a division) prices every division in between; for a push without a target, net wins (from $1.52 a win) only count wins over losses; at the January reset, placement games set your start. Flex costs about 10% less than Solo/Duo.
Division boost or net wins?
A division boost delivers a rank — the booster plays until you're there. Net wins deliver a number of wins over losses at your current tier, which suits players close to a promotion or recovering from a losing streak.
Should I pick duo or piloted in LoL?
Piloted is faster and needs your Riot login (encrypted, wiped when the order closes). Duo (+40%) keeps the account in your hands: the booster queues with you from an account inside your duo window — and Riot lists deranked-account duo as rank manipulation, so read the safety guide first.
Is LoL coaching a better choice?
If you want to stay at the rank, coaching (from $20.90 an hour) works on the habits behind it, while a boost moves the rank. Many players combine the two.
