Premier and FACEIT shares are from the July 2026 Leetify data via Esports Tales (Premier Season 5 snapshot); Wingman from Leetify — CS2 Rank Distribution (Wingman, September 2024) (540,000 active players) — community samples, not official numbers (Valve and FACEIT publish none). Premier is counted per 1,000-rating band; inside a FACEIT level the share is pro-rated by Elo; Wingman is per rank.
How the percentile is worked out
"Top X%" means the share of players whose rating band is at or above yours. For Premier we add up Leetify's July 2026 shares for every 1,000-rating band from yours upward (so 13,400 counts the 13,000–13,999 band and everything above it). For FACEIT the published sample is per level, so whole levels above yours count fully and your own level is pro-rated by where your Elo sits inside it — accurate to a couple of percent, not to the decimal.
Two things worth knowing before you compare: both samples come from players who use a stats tracker, who skew slightly more engaged than the whole playerbase; and Premier recalibrates every season, so the distribution shifts for a few weeks after each switch (see the season calendar).

What is the average CS2 Premier rating?
In the July 2026 Leetify sample the middle of the Premier ladder sits around 11,000–12,000 CS Rating: about 59% of players are at or above 10,000 (Blue), roughly a third are 15,000 (Purple) or higher, and only about 12% are 20,000 (Pink) or higher. Valve publishes no official distribution, so these are community figures.
What percentile is 15,000 CS Rating?
Purple (15,000+) is roughly the top third: about 32% of players in the July 2026 sample are at or above 15,000. 20,000 (Pink) is the top ~12%, 25,000 (Red) the top ~2%, and 30,000 (Gold) the top 0.1%.
What percentage of FACEIT players are Level 10?
About 18% of tracked FACEIT CS2 players are Level 10 (2,001+ Elo) — the level is open-ended, so it collects everyone from 2,001 up. Only ~29% are Level 9 or above and ~42% Level 8 or above.
What percentage of Wingman players are Global Elite?
About 0.5% of active Wingman players were The Global Elite in Leetify's September 2024 sample of 540,000 players — the newest per-rank Wingman sample anyone has published. Supreme Master First Class and above was the top 2.5%, Legendary Eagle and above the top 9.9%, and the middle player sat at Gold Nova II.
How accurate is this percentile?
Premier is calculated per 1,000-rating band and FACEIT per level from Leetify's July 2026 samples published by Esports Tales; inside a FACEIT level we pro-rate linearly by Elo, which is an approximation. Treat the result as a solid ±2% guide, not a census.
